Lighted Airfield Guidance Signs

Lumacurve Taxiway & Runway signs are constructed of aluminum extrusions (top and base) and aluminum castings (end panels and inter-modular part). The tops are removable for easy re-lamping and are secured with turn-screws. The base is a strong double wall construction. Modules are factory assembled and wired in any required length, single or double-faced. All parts are finished in a durable polyurethane finish. The inside is white and the outside is flat black.

All legend panels are made with the message on the inside surface, then backed by a powerful, retroflective material that is also translucent.

Signs are mounted with frangible legs that fit into collars (slipfitters) on the underside of the sign. The frangible legs are threaded at the lower end to connect to floor flanges for mounting on a concrete pad or with stakes.
